Purpose of Evacuation and Extinguishing Exercises:
To increase the knowledge and skills of all employees and students at our university to minimize the damage that may occur in possible fire and emergency situations.
Personnel to Participate in Exercises:
All employees of our university, SAUDAK team and all personnel in the Emergency Response Teams.
Scope of Exercises:
THEORETICALLY; Preparation of Fire Scenario, Planning of Response Teams, Planning of Safety Precautions are made. After theoretical training, PRACTICAL exercises are carried out.
The fire evacuation and extinguishing drill, which must be carried out at least once a year in accordance with the emergency plan, is monitored with a camera, and after the drill, the fire extinguishing and evacuation drill report and participation list are added and presented as a data file to the authorities of the units where the drill is carried out and to the Civil Defense Expertise.
Our fire extinguishing evacuation-drill program, which is organized every year as Sakarya University, is held between 7 October and 14 November 2024 for 2024.
